Canadian designer Emma’s pet bowl design—featuring a finely textured outer layer and a gilded inner coating—was turned down by numerous shops. Eventually, she reached out to us.
After multiple rounds of communication, we used 3D modeling to refine every detail, then collaborated with factories to lock in a tailored plan. Through dual spray curing, staggered inner-outer embossing, enhanced coloring, and laser engraving, we flawlessly achieved the 1.2mm fine texture and lustrous gilded coating.
